Objective
To grow the sports betting product, by continuously monitoring the performance of the product and adjusting the strategy followed in the product service. Including 3 main areas:
- Monitoring and assessing individual player performance, creation of player segments and definition/execution of necessary actions for product growth and profitability.
- Promote the day to day product offering, by working in close contact with the risk management and odds compilation teams.
- Improve the product proposition to the player by specification and delivery of new product features (software, configuration, or procedural) and create the conditions for USPs in the market.
Activities
- Maximizing player Value
- Design new promotions and promotions road map
- Maintain and update Promotion Road Map
- End to end delivery of sports betting promotions
- Manage Player communication across different channels including email, DM, website.
- Monitor product and availability performance
- Player and Product overall review
- Analyze competition product offering
- Submit case studies to support ROI on new developments
- Submit system or procedure specifications for implementation
Basic Skill Set & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in product management in i-gaming industry
- Proven track record of bringing about significant business improvement
- Excellent communication and analytical skills coupled
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and principles of system and product design
- Strong marketing skills, including customer life-cycle management
- Understanding of profit and loss accounting and budget responsibility
- Solid knowledge of English language. Other languages are an advantage.
