Job Description
One of the world's fastest growing companies is looking to hire a Campaign executive to join their Retention team.

Based in Central London this is one of the most innovative and dynamic organisations in the industry. This role will be a hands on position in the team.

Objective

• To support the development of the Retention Promotional Campaign Strategy
• To support the development of the Retention e-CRM Strategy
• Manage key operational and reporting processes for the team
• Work closely with key Retention Stakeholders to deliver campaigns.

Key Attributes

• 1 year+ online gaming/similar experience in a Retention or Product focused discipline
• Customer-centric with an understanding of basic Retention Strategies
• Knowledge of online gaming products
• Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative insight.
• Highly literate and numerate.
• Proficient with MS Office software.
• Willingness to travel to group offices in various locations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with people across the business.
