Based in Central London this is one of the most innovative and dynamic organisations in the industry. This role will be a hands on position in the team.
Objective
To support the development of the Retention Promotional Campaign Strategy
To support the development of the Retention e-CRM Strategy
Manage key operational and reporting processes for the team
Work closely with key Retention Stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
Key Attributes
1 year+ online gaming/similar experience in a Retention or Product focused discipline
Customer-centric with an understanding of basic Retention Strategies
Knowledge of online gaming products
Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative insight.
Highly literate and numerate.
Proficient with MS Office software.
Willingness to travel to group offices in various locations.
Ability to build strong working relationships with people across the business.
