MRG has received an online betting licence from the Danish gaming regulator Spillemyndigheden, allowing its Mr Green brand to operate in the country.

The operator previously received a Danish casino licence at the end of last year, and already operates online sites Bingosjov.dk and Bingoslottet.dk in Denmark.

"It's great that we now can introduce our strong sportsbook offering also in Denmark," Per Norman, MRG CEO, said.

This latest approval comes less than a month after MRG applied for an online gaming licence in Sweden as part of its expansion into the Nordic states.
