Net revenue for online gambling in Delaware decreased 14% year-on-year to $143,101 in February.

The total is down from the previous year’s figure of $167,333, but is an 8% increase month-on-month from $132,074, the first month-on-month upturn since November.

It is the second consecutive month that the year-on-year monthly net revenue total has suffered a drop, following January’s 9% downswing.

Amounts wagered went up 17% from $2.9m to $3.5m, while the total amount won rose 18% from $2.8m to $3.4m.

Net revenue from table games ascended to $85,457, up 26% from $65, 265, while net revenue for video lottery games declined 17% to $23,117 from $27,667 and 54% to $34,526 from $74,399 for poker rake and fees.

The poker decrease is an improvement on January’s 70% fall.

There were 274 online registrations in February, down 60% from 693.

Last year was the first full year of regulated online gambling in the state, in which $2.1m of net revenue was generated.

The highest monthly net revenue total since the first month of regulated online gambling in the state in November 2013 stands at $240,762, which was generated in April last year, but the monthly total has not exceeded $200,000 since then.
