Realistic Games CEO resigns
Realistic Games have announced the resignation of their CEO, Andy Harris, who is set to leave in the coming months.
Realistic Games are based in Berkshire, UK, where they develop and provide electronic gaming content to both land-based and online operators.
It is understood that despite the directors not releasing the specific reason for the departure, that the board of directors were understanding and thankful for Andy’s ‘commitment’ and ‘passion’.
Founding Director, Andy Cattrell, said: “I would like to thank Andy for his instrumental role in driving the growth of Realistic. It is disappointing for us to lose someone of his calibre, but he leaves the business in great shape, with a capable and talented team ready to meet the challenges ahead”.
Andy Harris has been at the company since 2012 when he joined as a Commercial Director. He assumed the role of CEO in April 2016. Harris has stepped down from the role effective immediately; however, he will remain at Realistic during its transitional phase.
Andy Harris said: “It has been an honour to be at the helm of Realistic Games and I am confident that the company will continue to do what it has always done best: deliver innovative and market leading content to players, supported by first-class service to its operating partners.”
