888 Holdings hires new Non-Executive Director

A veteran of the gambling and media industries, Kerckhove currently serves as the CEO of digital subscription company Iron Group, but has previously served as International Managing Director for Inspired Gaming from 2006-2009 and has held a number of executive level positions at Videology Group, a company which specialises in broadcasting technology.

Kerckhove is also an angel investor and mentor for early-stage startups and entrepreneurial funds including Metail, CRE and Daphni, and holds board positions with 7digital, WeMoms and Snowite.

888 Holdings governance have confirmed that Kerckhove will serve on the company’s audit, gaming compliance, remuneration and nomination committees internally.

In a statement announcing the appointment, Brian Mattingley, Chairman of 888, said: “We are delighted to welcome Anne to the 888 Board. I am confident that her skill set and broad experience will be of considerable benefit to 888 as we continue to grow and develop as a global leader in online gaming.”
