Evolution first live casino provider to launch in Colombia
Evolution has announced the launch of its live casino games portfolio in the newly regulated Colombian online gaming market.
The gaming supplier is the first to launch in the market, with a portfolio which includes traditional casino games and game show-style games.
Evolution has entered the market through its partnership with Zamba – the joint venture between Vicca Group and GAMING1.
Commenting on the launch, Johan Nordstrom, CEO Malta and chief commercial officer at Evolution, said: “We are delighted to have entered the Colombian market with Zamba at what is an exciting time. We are confident that our world-class games portfolio is the perfect fit to add to Zamba’s offering.
“We launched our First Person range of games earlier this year in Colombia and they have performed extremely well. We are thrilled that we have now been able to launch our Live Casino offering and look forward to releasing our games with more operators over the coming months.”
Evolution recently reported a 48% increase in its Q3 revenue year-on-year, totalling €140m ($165.9m) for the period.
EBITDA for the period was €90.7m, an increase of 87% and corresponding to a margin of 64.8%.
