Zeal Network hires new CTO Paul Dingwitz and COO Sönke Martens
German-based Zeal Network SE has appointed Paul Dingwitz and Sönke Martens to its management board.
Dingwitz will join the company as its new CTO, whereas Martens will operate as Zeal’s COO.
The duo complete the existing management board, alongside CEO Dr Helmut Becker and CFO Jonas Mattsson.
Dingwitz has been in charge of technology operations, security and engineering at Zeal over the last five years; he was responsible for the company’s IT integration when it collaborated with Lotto24.
He also has 20 years of experience in the technology sector, most recently as the VP of Technology at Rue La La in Boston.
Martens, meanwhile, has been at Zeal for seven years, where he has worked as Managing Director and Product Officer.
He has also worked in corporate development at New Work SE and is also the Founder and Managing Director of Loftville.
As Zeal’s CTO, Dingwitz will focus on the company’s technology and IT strategy; Martens will be in charge of product management, marketing and brand strategy.
