Operator bet365 has released several new markets for the PGA Tour’s 2023 season to mark its partnership with the PGA Tour and the launch of Netflix docu-series Full Swing.

Operator bet365 releases new PGA Tour markets ahead of Netflix series

The upcoming series, according to bet365, follows over a dozen players on and off the golf course throughout the 2022 PGA Tour season – providing an account of both their professional and personal lives.

A core talking point of the series supposedly centres around the breakaway LIV golf tour, as well as Rory McIlroy’s Tour Championship victory and the friendship between Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas.

Included in its markets for the 2023 PGA Tour season is its outrights market, with McIlroy 7/1 favourite to the Master’s crown. He is followed closely by John Rahm at 8/1, and Cameron Smith at 14/1.

Rahm is the odds-on favourite to win any of the season’s majors – at 15/8 – while Rory McIlroy is the bookies’ pick at 7/2 to retain his Tour Championship crown.

Recently, bet365 announced its expansion in the US with its entry into Virginia. The operator celebrated its launch in the Commonwealth with a sign-up offer, simultaneously unveiling itself as the official sports betting partner of NFL side the Washington Commanders.

With sites live in Ohio, New Jersey and Colorado, the Commonwealth of Virginia became the fourth US market for bet365. The operator also launched as a sports betting partner of the Washington Commanders through its marketing agreement with the team.

Elsewhere, a financial update from GambleAware showed that bet365 was among the highest charity donors, parting with £4.9m ($5.9m) to help support the charity.
