Gambling.com Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Spotlight.Vegas, a Las Vegas-focused platform offering ticketing, attractions and hotel booking services.
The company said the deal will diversify its revenue streams beyond online gambling, adding new relationships with entertainment venues and multiple land-based casinos.
Spotlight.Vegas provides a one-stop service for visitors to Las Vegas, including access to shows, tourist attractions and accommodation. Gambling.com Group expects the acquisition to be accretive to its financial results for the 2026 full year.
Good to know: Spotlight.Vegas will be integrated alongside Gambling.com Group’s existing portfolio of acquired brands, including RotoWire, BonusFinder and Freebets.com
The operator said the deal fits into its long-term strategy of expanding into complementary verticals, following prior acquisitions such as OddsJam and OpticOdds, which enhanced its sports data and affiliate offerings.
CEO Charles Gillespie said the acquisition would provide a new set of clients and revenue opportunities while supporting the group’s broader ambition to operate across multiple segments of the gambling and entertainment industry.
The announcement came as Gambling.com Group reported Q2 2025 revenue of $39.6m, up 30% year-on-year, with Adjusted EBITDA rising 22% to $13.7m. The company reaffirmed its 2025 full-year guidance, which anticipates further growth in both metrics.
Earlier this year, Gambling.com Group confirmed changes to its board ahead of its May 2025 annual general meeting, with EverQuote CEO Jayme Mendal joining as a Class II director.
