Energame
With a professional background that includes 15 years in managerial roles and six years as a CEO, Nicholas Tymoshchuk has had a diverse career that has seen him tackling a huge range of leadership positions. Previously serving at Energame as the company’s Corporate Affairs Director, it was announced in February 2024 that Tymoshchuk had been appointed as Energame’s CEO.
Tymoshchuk has had a broad and varied career that has spanned multiple demanding leadership positions. His professional journey has involved diving into a range of sectors, from technology and energy to real estate and investment management.
Ultimately, leading to Energame, Tymoshchuk initially undertook the role of Corporate Affairs Director before jumping up the ranks to become the company’s CEO a year later.
He has also contributed towards the Special Olympics as a Manager, Volunteer and Donor.
Tymoshchuk’s career began in April 2004 when he took on the role of Communications Manager for the Ukranian Institute for Peace and Democracy – a role that he held for a year before moving on in April 2005.
Immediately after, Tymoshchuk was appointed as the Development and Communications Director for the Ukrainian Special Olympics. He served in this role for just shy of three years from April 2005 to December 2007.
Shortly after this, Tymoshchuk had a four-year stint working for the oil and energy company TNK-BP. Here, he served as the International Affairs Director from February 2008 to May 2012.
Following on from this, Tymoshchuk split his time between Brussels and Kyiv to become the Director of the Representative Office in the EU for The Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. He held this role for two and a half years from February 2015 to July 2017.
Tymoshchuk’s next move saw him working as the CEO of UFuture, an investment management brand that serves as the holding company of Vasyl Khmelnytsky. He held this CEO role for five years from July 2017 to September 2022.
In November 2022, Tymoshchuk undertook a four-month stint in a new position as the Government Affairs Director for Parimatch, Ukraine.
Finally, in February 2023, Tymoshchuk joined online entertainment consultancy and investment firm, Energme. His journey with Energame began in a role as the company’s Corporate Affairs Director.
In February 2024, however, it was announced that Tymoshchuk had been appointed to the role of CEO – a position that he still holds to this day.
Regarding his appointment to this leadership position, Tymoshchuk stated: “Energame has an amazing team and a great entrepreneurial culture. We work across four continents and in some of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets in the world.”
