MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

Osmond has an impressive track record of generating growth across both the charity and business realms. Her high-profile roles in companies across the globe, such as Singapore and Thailand, have served as a testament to her versatility in the corporate world.

Osmond has succeeded in high-pressure positions such as Director, Managing Partner and CEO for various companies over the past three decades.

Furthermore, Osmond set up and ran her own independent marketing consultancy company for four years. During this time, she worked on projects for clients such as Bentley, the Singaporean Government, Ogilvy & Mather and M&C Saatchi Group.

Her experience and acumen ultimately led to her being appointed as the CEO of chairty organisation GambleAware, a position that she has held since April 2021.

EMPLOYMENT

Following on from her studies at Queens College and Durham University, Osmond’s career began in 1988 where she served as a Board Director for Still Price Court Twivy D'Souza Lintas. She held this role for five years before moving on in 1993.

Immediately after this, Osmond began working as the Regional Directory for Lintas in Thailand. Here, Osmond was responsible for managing personal products across the region of South East Asia. She held this role for two years between 1993 and 1995.

Due to her performance, Osmond was promoted to the role of Global Director for Lintas in 1995 where she had similar responsibilities, only this time on a global scale.

Next, Osmond began a new role as the Group Business Director for M&C Saatchi. She held this position for two years from April 1996 to April 1998.

Roughly two years after this, Osmond set up and ran her own marketing consultancy company called I Consult. During this time, she worked on projects for clients such as Bentley and the Singaporean Government. She worked in this role for four years from 2000 to 2004.

Shortly after, Osmond became a Managing Partner for JWT, working with major brands such as Unilever, Coty, Diageo and Nestle.

She held this position for three and a half years from January 2005 to June 2008. A year later, Osmond then began a new role as the Director of Cause Affinity, a spot that she held for two years from June 2009 to June 2011.

Towards the back end of her time with Cause Affinity, Osmond was also appointed as the CEO of NABS. Here she was responsible for managing the realms of advertising and media for the charity, helping to secure continued financial support. She worked in this role for more than four years from February 2010 to October 2014.

Immediately after this, Osmond became the Managing Partner for Oystercatchers Partnerships, a role that involved overseeing a broad variety of marketing projects. She held this position for just shy of two years from October 2014 to July 2016.

Following on from this, Osmond moved into a new position as the Festival Director for London Tech Week, a role that she held for two and a half years from September 2016 to April 2019.

In 2018 Osmond joined GambleAware. She started her time with GambleAware as the Campaign Advisor in September 2018. She held this role for two and a half years. Ultimately, Osmond’s experience and high performance in the role led to her being promoted to the position of CEO for the company in April 2021, a spot that she still holds to this day.
