MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

Under his leadership, Flutter recently shifted its primary trading listing to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and has completed the transition. Prior to this change, the group was primarily listed on the London Exchange.

This is the latest in a series of the company’s moves to shift its focus toward North America and the US. Flutter recently moved its operational headquarters to New York and noted that the relocation “reflects the importance of the US market.”

The company has listed its ordinary shares under the ticker symbol FLUT.

EMPLOYMENT

Coldrake previously held the CFO position for Flutter International prior to taking on his current role. He first joined the company in 2020.

Coldrake has held several leadership roles throughout his career. Prior to joining Flutter, he served at TUI and functioned in more than one executive position. While at TUI, he held roles as the Finance Direct of Destination Services and CFO for Markets and Airlines.

Coldrake spent more than 14 years with TUI.

PRODUCTS LAUNCHED

During Coldrake’s time with Flutter, its US subsidiary, FanDuel Group, has launched several products, including a new game called Fantasy Record Label. The title is a release from Vault Music, which offers music drops from rising artists.

The game allows players to create their own fantasy roster of musicians and compete against other players for weekly cash prizes.

Players can sign artists to their fantasy label and win prizes and cash based on how well their label performs during the week, based on monthly Spotify listeners. Both the artists and players can earn points each week.

Flutter’s FanDuel subsidiary recently partnered with Canadian iGaming technology provider Bragg Gaming Group to launch Bragg’s new remote games server (RMS) technology and new proprietary content in Michigan and Connecticut.

The two also rolled out content from Bragg Studios last month to players in the Canadian province of Ontario.

FanDuel players in Connecticut and Michigan can access titles from several Bragg brands, including Bragg Studios, Atomic Slot Lob and Spin Games’ Indigo Magic. This release also made elected titles exclusive to Powered by Bragg available to Michigan and Connecticut players.

Other FanDuel collaborations include a recent partnership with Rob Gronkowski to launch a new Faceoff game called Gronk Spike Cornhole. With this title, players have the option of playing the game for free or for real money.

Gronk Spike Cornhole allows players to face off against each other for cash winnings. FanDuel described the new title in greater detail in an official statement by saying, “Gronk Spike Cornhole gives users the opportunity to test their skills as they compete against Gronk throwing bags to the board by simply dragging their finger across the screen.
