Radwan’s appointment as CFO comes at a pivotal moment for Svenska Spel as the company accelerates its digital expansion and strengthens its online gaming portfolio. Her impact has been evident in her ability to align financial operations with corporate strategy, optimise financial processes and support sustainable growth.
During her tenure as Head of Group Finance, Radwan was instrumental in restructuring financial operations, ensuring enhanced efficiency and transparency across the company’s finance teams.
She played a critical role in Svenska Spel’s 2025 partnership with Bragg Gaming, which expanded the company’s online gaming offering, reinforcing its market position in Sweden’s competitive gambling landscape.
EMPLOYMENT
Radwan’s career began in financial operations at Jetpak AB, where she gained foundational experience in corporate finance. She then joined Euler Hermes in 2006 as a Controller, developing her expertise in financial reporting and risk management within a multinational business environment.
In 2007, Radwan transitioned to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Nordic, where she spent over four years in various financial roles. Initially serving as a Financial Planning Analyst, she later advanced to Senior Analyst and subsequently Business Controller for Farm & OTR Operations.
During this time, she was responsible for financial forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning, playing a key role in improving financial reporting structures and supporting business decision-making in the Nordic market.
Her next career move came in 2011 when she joined ICA AB, one of Sweden’s largest retail groups, as a Business Controller. In this role, she focused on financial forecasting, financial analysis and infrastructure investment planning for the company’s IT services division.
Demonstrating strong leadership in financial management, she was promoted to Chief Controller for Business Development & IT, where she led strategic financial planning efforts across technology and business transformation initiatives.
Radwan’s success in this position led to her appointment as Head controller for Market, IT, Finance, HR & Corporate Responsibility at ICA Sverige in 2017.
Over the next four years, she played a critical role in aligning financial strategies with ICA’s corporate goals, overseeing financial management across multiple business units and implementing process improvements that enhanced cost efficiency and business performance.
In 2021, she joined Svenska Spel as Head of Finance and Business, marking her entry into the gaming and entertainment sector. With a focus on business controlling, financial reporting and strategic process improvement, she played an essential role in strengthening Svenska Spel’s financial structures during a period of digital transition and regulatory evolution.
In 2023, she was promoted to Head of Group Finance, taking on a broader leadership role and overseeing the company’s finance teams across accounting, business controlling and financial services.
Her strategic leadership in this position paved the way for her appointment as CFO in 2025, where she now leads Svenska Spel’s financial strategy, overseeing all corporate finance functions while ensuring the company remains at the forefront of Sweden’s evolving gaming industry.
