EMPLOYMENT
Zeno Ossko began his professional journey in the gambling industry at Datango in October 2000, where he served as Director of Business Development and developed and implemented the partner strategy with several companies. The Berlin-based technology start-up is now part of SAP.
After this, he joined Mybet Holding SE in 2007, where he started as Head of Gaming. He quickly progressed within the company, becoming Managing Director in 2011 and later CEO in 2015. In these leadership roles, he was responsible for executing digital transformation strategies, expanding the company’s footprint in regulated European markets and guiding overall business restructuring efforts.
In 2016, he joined The Stars Group as Managing Director of BetStars, where he played a pivotal role in the global launch and integration of its sports betting product with PokerStars. His work focused on user experience, product development and cross-platform synergy across verticals.
As of July 2019, Ossko joined BetWarrior as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to CEO in 2020. Since assuming leadership, he has led the company’s strategic growth across Latin America, overseeing market entries in multiple jurisdictions, securing licensing agreements and forging partnerships with prominent sports institutions to elevate the brand's visibility. Under his leadership, BetWarrior has enhanced its mobile-first product and expanded its presence in highly competitive environments by focusing on localisation, responsible gaming practices and regulatory compliance.
Ossko holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg, where he specialised in international management and marketing. His academic background has played a crucial role in shaping his strategic and operational approach to leadership in the online gaming industry.
