Neil Fairweather is the Chief Marketing Operations Officer for bet365, a global online sports betting company that works with local licensing, regulatory and reporting requirements. More than 80 million users across 160 countries represent its customer base. Fairweather has held his current position with the company since August 2022 and has been with bet365 for the last six years.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

During his time with the company, bet365 has formed a strategic partnership to further expand its global reach. The PGA Tour and bet365 recently signed a three-year marketing and content agreement. The deal will remain in effect through 2024 and names bet365 as the PGA Tour’s official betting operator (OBO).  

Fairweather commented on social media about the agreement by saying: “This shows bet365’s commitment to working with some of the top sports brands across the world.” 

Before this collaboration, the PGA Tour has never had an OBO outside of North America. With the new partnership, bet365 represents the Tour in Canada, as well as in Europe and Australia.

Most notably, Fairweather led the rebranding of bet365's affiliate service, evolving it from bet365 Affiliates to bet365 Partners.

Bet365 won the award for Affiliate Program of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards 2023.

EMPLOYMENT

During his tenure at bet365, Fairweather has held several management positions, including Marketing Operations Manager and Head of Performance Marketing. He came to the company in 2016. 

Before joining bet365, he served for 10 years with Latitude and worked in the accounting department, where he held several leadership roles.  

 

PRODUCTS LAUNCHED

During his time with the company, bet365 has extended its digital footprint within the United States. The company’s platform is now live in both New Jersey and Colorado. The online sports betting company launched last fall in Colorado ahead of the NFL season.  

Players throughout both states can choose from hundreds of in-play markets and thousands of sporting events through bet365’s state website. However, players are not limited to sporting events through the site.  

Bettors can also access parlay bonuses, bet boosts and early payout offers, as well as live streaming and cash-out product features.  

Among those include its latest offer, Bet $1 & Get $200 in Free Bets, which allows players to place qualifying bets that settle within 30 days of placing their wagers.
