The deal was valued at US$81.3m.
Zitro: Zitro has a long history in the Philippines’ video bingo market and is now on a mission to become a major player in the slots scene across Asia. In the past 12 months, Zitro’s top-performing slot games arrived at three of Manila’s premier casinos: Newport World Resorts, Okada Manila and the newly-opened Solaire Resort North. The company is also actively expanding its footprint across other key Asian markets with new installations planned for jurisdictions such as Laos and Cambodia.
