Services providers play an undeniably important role in our industry. Be it for players, operators, or suppliers, the companies that provide technology and services are pivotal in creating a streamlined and innovative industry.

From past winner Continent 8 Technologies, and its hosting, connectivity, and security offerings to the player retention services of Enteractive, the nominee list for this year’s Service Provider of the Year Award is hotly contested and certainly exciting.

Our first glowing nominee for ther Service Provider of the Year Award is Global Betting and Gaming Consultants (GBGC). GBGC is a specialist, independent gambling consultancy, providing assistance with projects ranging from new product evaluations, feasibility studies, due diligence, development of corporate strategy, and business planning. Our third nominee and last year’s prestigious winner is Continent 8 Technolgies, who after an impressive year feature on our list. The company offers global managed hosting, connectivity & security services provider, powering the industry’s biggest brands including Microgaming, Playtech, FanDuel, DraftKings & 888.  Continent 8’s network is growing rapidly with 80+ connected locations across Europe, the Americas & Asia. The company is innovating and constantly evolving its product range: including developing hyperscale partnerships (AWS) & enhancing its Secure offering (SOC/SIEM).

Through a turbulent time for the industry and the world, RavenTrack has continued its trajectory as one of the fastest-growing affiliate tracking platforms in the iGaming space, making it more than worthy of this exciting nomination. Providing a bespoke service to each individual client, RavenTrack has built a portfolio of over 25 affiliate programs, providing tracking solutions to circa 75 brands. Fast integrations and migrations, unlimited customer support and powerful KYC tools have been at the forefront of this success.

Our next impressive contender, EM Group, assists both operators and B2B companies with their regulatory local, gaming, and financial compliance requirements. On top of that, it provides assistance in local license applications and day-to-day affairs such as executing payments, reviewing legal documentation, and provision of key functions. In 2021 EM Group was quick to launch a service label in the newly opened Dutch market and start helping companies wishing to operate there.

Sixth on our list is Gibtelecom, which offers a full portfolio of communications services and solutions. In 2021, as part of the company’s international expansion plans, and following Malaysia opening its doors to online gaming companies, Gibtelecom started putting the finishing touches on its first Asian Data Centre in Johor Bahru. The company facilitates hosting, managed solutions and a full range of Cloud services that can be connected directly to the company’s core private network, linking European businesses with their Asian operations and vice versa. These impressive developments emphasise just how much Gibtelecom deserves its place on this list.

Internet Vikings is a global IT provider specializing in bespoke hosting solutions, domain management and marketing solutions in the field of brand traffic protection. Born out of the need to fill in the missing gaps in the market, our next nominee operates in an exciting niche for the industry. In 2021, the company witnessed the biggest growth it has seen in 13 years of its existence in every area: territorially, client and employees numbers, revenue, services added and business acquired. Internet Vikings’ offering consists of a customizable hosting solution, including 24 cores, 64 GB of RAM, 500 GB storage and 50Mbit bandwidth per month.

Maxima Compliance supports gambling businesses as they navigate regulatory challenges and its efforts have earned a deserving spot on the Service Provider of the Year Award. It serves operators and providers across the gaming sector, both large and small, by providing a range of services catered to their specific needs including facilitating entry into new jurisdictions, audit, etc. In 2021 the company also launched a bespoke insourcing service.

Our penultimate nominee, Fast Track, provides the only player engagement platform built specifically for iGaming, a crucial offering that places this service provider firmly on our list. The company helps operators tackle scalability challenges in a heavily regulated landscape. In 2021 a number of leading operators chose Fast Track’s CRM. The company recently revealed a brand new product - the Singularity Model which features an engine that observes every action the player makes in real time and uses advanced machine learning and computations to establish a comprehensive player profile.

Our tenth nominee is Exacta Solutions, which rounds off our list. A young company with a strong pedigree, Malta-based Exacta Solutions brings years of experience to bear on the issues faced by new and growing businesses.
