The OMEGA DATA VAULT is a configurable control database that delivers data to external data stores, according to any jurisdictional requirements. The Vault functionality is used to comply with regulatory requirements and to power external BI and CRM systems.

The OMEGA CROSS Product Bonus Engine is a powerful system that provides a single point of control for all aspects of player promotion. This powerful subsystem provides bonusing across all integrated third-party gaming systems, ensuring productivity for staff in being able to grant Freespins, Freebets, Free Tickets etc. Our external Bonus Interface allows third-party CRM applications to directly trigger promotions within our system.
