NagaCorp reported 91% recovery for daily net revenue

NagaCorp Ltd published its unaudited operational highlights of its gaming branch ending 30 September, 2020, showing a “relatively good” recovery of 91%, with average daily net gaming revenue for the post-closure period (from August 1 to September 30) at $1.7m, compared to $1.8m for Q1.

The average daily volume for table games for the post-closure period was $3.4m, a 93% recovery compared to $3.7m for Q1 2020. EGM recorded 100% recovery, with $5.5m in average daily volumes for both pre- and post-closure periods.

GGR for the first nine months of 2020 was $609.9m, with net gaming revenue at $293.7m, and mass tables GGR was $116m and buy-ins were $614m.

The company stated, “Average daily VIP rollings recorded since 1 August 2020 till 30 September 2020 have reached 71% of the average daily volume recorded during the pre-closure period of Q1 2020.”

The company resumed business on July 8, after the temporary closure due to the pandemic, and during Q3 2020, the company’s recovery percentage of mass market segment was 97%. The company owns the NagaWorld casino, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital, and has an exclusive license to operate in the city and its surroundings.
