The supplier said the expansion of its partnership with the MGM Resorts International and GVC Holdings joint venture operator, will include BetMGM’s associated brands.

As part of the deal, BetMGM will operate Scientific Games’ OpenGaming suite, which includes the Open Gaming System, that incorporates in-house content and third-party games.

The operator will also have access to player engagement tools and jackpot features, to help boost its online offering.

BetMGM now offers the OpenGaming suite in New Jersey, with the extended deal paving the way for potential expansion into Pennsylvania and more states in the US.

SVP, Gaming, Digital for Scientific Games, Dylan Slaney, said: “Extending our well-established partnership with BetMGM is a sign of our commitment to the US online gaming market and successful collaboration between our companies.

“The work our teams have undertaken to establish OpenGaming as the go-to entertainment platform is second to none and we’re looking forward to working with the BetMGM team as they expand across the US.”

BetMGM Gaming VP Matthew Sunderland, added: “This builds on a well-established partnership, and Scientific Games will continue to be a key online gaming partner for us as we extend our operational reach in the coming years.”
