Cary spent nearly a decade at Bede Gaming, where he worked in several roles such as the Head of Technical Architecture, while as a technical director he oversaw one of the largest migrations in the industry when The Rank Group joined Bede’s platform.

He also spent a “considerable” amount of time in Philadelphia, where he worked for the media conglomerate Comcast, before leaving the US and relocating to the UK.

More recently, he worked as Vice President Strategy at High 5 Games and Interim CTO for Advantage Entertainment.

Strive Gaming CTO, Jesse Cary, said: “I evaluated the iGaming platform competitive landscape in North America, and I quickly identified that what Strive has in terms of tech stack and expertise is
market-leading, so I’m delighted to join.

“I’m excited to contribute from a technical strategy perspective to ensure we can deliver upon our customer pledge of performance at scale in such a challenging and dynamic market, which happens to be my home country. I can’t wait to get started.”

Strive Gaming President and CCO, Damian Xuereb, added: “Jesse’s wealth of experience with iGaming platform architecture, deployment and development coupled with his understanding of the North American market requirements and culture is second-to-none. This makes him the ideal fit to drive forward Strive’s technical ambitions.

“We have some of the most advanced player platform technology in North America and we strive to be at the cutting edge technically for years to come.”
