Hale was the CFO at 32Red for more than 11 years, where he was involved in several transactions, notably the company’s £176m ($248.7m) sale to Kindred Group in 2017.
Before joining 32Red, Hale was a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 and then went on to join Capital Corporation.
He also worked as Finance Director for the Sports Café Group and led its admission to the London Stock Exchange's AIM in December 2001. Hale is additionally a Co-founder in the company Property Internet.
