Former 32Red Chief Financial Officer, Jon Hale, has joined Lottoland in the same role.

Hale was the CFO at 32Red for more than 11 years, where he was involved in several transactions, notably the company’s £176m ($248.7m) sale to Kindred Group in 2017.

Before joining 32Red, Hale was a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 and then went on to join Capital Corporation.

He also worked as Finance Director for the Sports Café Group and led its admission to the London Stock Exchange's AIM in December 2001. Hale is additionally a Co-founder in the company Property Internet.

Lottoland CEO, Nigel Birrell, said: “I am delighted to announce we have appointed Jon as our new CFO. He brings with him a wealth of gaming experience and knowledge we will benefit from, as we continue to grow and deliver on our strategy.”

Hale added: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Lottoland team and can’t wait to meet everyone and get settled in.

"Having been based in Gibraltar, I’ve seen first-hand how Lottoland has developed and grown, and I really admire how they have done so in such a short space of time. I look forward to working with Nigel and the team as the group continues on its growth journey.”
