One of the six was found to be gambling without a SafePass. A SafePass is a document required to visit certain venues, such as indoor areas of cafes.
All six were found in a Paphos cafe, playing dice, and received fines shortly after the police searched the venue.
Officers also handed a fine to the owner of the establishment, as they failed to implement the required coronavirus safety measures.
The Paphos police have said it will be filing a case against the business owner in court.
This latest case mirrors recent reports that have been published in the local press, such as one incident where a coffee shop owner plus four others were charged for gambling.
In early July, the Paphos police charged four people for gambling in a coffee shop as the police received a warrant.
Two of the four were also charged for breaking coronavirus rules because they did not take a valid Covid-19 test that would allow them to enter the building.
Police had found that fines were pending against two of the customers and arrangements had been made to collect them.
In addition, in May the Paphos police had to fine seven people, although this time they broke into a house rather than a cafe or coffee shop.
The police obtained a search warrant and conducted a house search, where six people were found playing dice.
Three of the people had unpaid fines and the police confiscated 107 cards, 39 chips and €550 ($653) in cash.
