The new site will allow players in Belgium to sign up on the locally licensed online gaming site, which will permit them to play on the GGPoker Network.

GGPoker.be will be operated in Belgium by Deba Square, a company that is licensed and regulated by the Belgian Gaming Commission.

GGPoker also partners with the Belgian poker company, Concept Booth, which operates poker clubs and events to market GGPoker in the country.

The launch of the site will give Belgian players the chance to win a World Series of Poker (WSOP) gold bracelet in the upcoming WSOP Online Series 2021.

It will also allow them to qualify for the WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas from their home country.

Marco Trucco, Head of Europe of GGPoker, said: “We’re happy to bring our poker product and innovation to the underserved Belgian market. Our partnership with a local company run by experienced poker event organizers is a statement of how we like to make GGPoker relevant and successful in a new market: connecting with people and genuine communities who share our passion for poker.”

Kristof De Deken, Concept Booth BV Founder, added: “We are delighted to partner with GGPoker in Belgium. Our company has been active in live and online poker for many years. The Belgian market is more than ready to welcome a new and attractive online poker provider.

"Especially a provider breathing poker in every meaning of the word. We are confident that the entire Belgian poker industry will become stronger and more appealing for the players. A safe and controlled player environment, a premium user experience and local integration will be the highlights of the GGPoker.be brand.”
