Casino Guru announces casino review function

By Sehaj Dhillon

Affiliate Casino Guru has announced a user review functionality that will allow users to rate online casinos.

The new function enables customers to give their assessment of any online casino; users can share their experience, whether good or bad.

Casino Guru says it prides itself on being a source of honest information about online casinos; the affiliate provides a broad database on gambling sites and data-focused expert reviews.

However, the company feels the new addition of user reviews will “bring even more value” to those that visit its site.

Users can give casinos a rating from zero to five, which will contribute to the overall user rating given to the brand in question.

Users also have the option to include a written review and describe the positive and negative aspects of the casino, to provide a more detailed review.

Casino Guru will review any written reviews and make sure it meets the site’s community guidelines before allowing it to be published online.

Matej Novota, Casino Guru’s Data & Complaints Department Lead, said: “My team and I collect as much relevant information as possible about each online casino we review, such as their complaints, revenues, features, customer support quality, etc.

“This helps us give casinos a fair rating and recommend the most suitable ones to players. Letting our visitors share their experience adds another layer of information that will be helpful for anyone trying to select a casino to play at.”
