Alderney appoints new e-commerce director

n O’Leary has been announced as Alderney’s new director of e-commerce.

Promoting the jurisdiction’s presence in the gambling industry will be one of O’Leary’s primary duties, under the regulatory regime of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

O’Leary will join from Collas Crill, an offshore law firm, where she worked as part of the e-commerce and i-gaming team, and she represented Collas Crill on Team Alderney, a private sector group that assists with the promotion of the jurisdiction.

She said: “I look forward to representing Alderney in this fast-paced and ever-changing industry, and to building on the excellent relationships developed over many years with local and international operators, regulators and service providers."
