In his new role, Madigan will be responsible for the development and execution of both short and long-term strategic business plans across all the group’s properties.
He will report directly to MGE President and CEO Ray Pineault, and will oversee “the development and implementation of strategic competitive positioning plans, ensure marketing and operational plans drive profitability, and evaluate success in meeting organizational strategies and financial performance targets,” a statement from the company read.
Madigan previously served as General Manager of the Paragon Casino and Resort, where his achievements included tripling EBITDA, opening the first sportsbook in Louisiana, and increasing team member satisfaction scores. He also remodelled the hotel and established an extensive management training program for both tribal and non-tribal team members.
Other previous titles include Seneca Gaming Vice President of Strategic Execution and Business Development, Mountaineer Casino Assistant General Manager, and Casino Miami President and General Manager.
