A total of £40,000 ($53,800) cash can be won by the end of November 2021 in the Haymaker Knockout Series tournament. The first of seven £3,000 Free-To-Play poker tournaments took place on 29 September.

Haye joined the poker table the first evening and the player “lucky enough to knock him out” also won a £100 cash bounty.

The winner of each of the seven Hayemaker KO Series Tournaments will receive an invitation to play the £20,000 GTD Invitational Poker Tournament on 1 December. The Invitational Tournament will be played against the former World Heavyweight Champion and the game will be live-streamed from the Home of Poker in London.

On his Facebook page, Haye commented: “If you’re feeling competitive and want to face off against me, check out Grosvenor Poker’s page for information on how to register. If you’re new to poker the Haymaker KO series is a chance to play for free with no buy-in needed. Win a share of £40,000 cash and a chance to compete against me at The Victoria Casino in London.”

The Grosvenor Poker tournaments are all run by the Grosvenor Casinos team of tournament directors, supervisors and dealers who ensure the professional running of all events. Grosvenor Casinos also hosts the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT), the 25/25, the Deepstacks, Goliath and Seasonal Specials such as the Easter Beast, Summer Sizzles, and Christmas Cracker.
