The Board nominees will be subject to election by Trident shareholders at a special meeting, which is scheduled shortly before the closing of the company’s business combination with Trident.
The proposed nominees, all experts in gaming, law, technology, sports, finance and governance, are the following: former President of the Women’s National Basketball Association, Lisa Borders; Co-Founder and CCO of Lottery.com, Matthey Clemenson; Co-Founder and CEO of Lottery.com, Lawrence Anthony DiMatteo III; Chief Game Designer for Zynga, Joseph Kaminkow, and Richard Kivel, Managing Director at GrayBella Capital.
