The cryptocurrency betting and gaming operator’s logo will be on the club’s matchday shirts for the fixture against the Premier League side on Friday 7 January.

“Stake.com is delighted to be partnering with Swindon Town FC for what is a truly David vs Goliath FA Cup encounter,” said Dominic Rae, Sponsorships Manager for Stake.com.

“At Stake.com we love an underdog story and look forward to playing our part in supporting the club as they bid to pull off one of the biggest FA Cup giant-killings of all time.”

The League Two club’s match takes place at The County Ground, and will be screened live on ITV1.

The agreement sees Swindon further extend Stake’s sponsorship portfolio within football, with the company already involved in the sport as shirt sponsors of Watford FC for the 2021/22 season.

Danny Lee, Head of Commercial, Swindon Town FC, commented: “We are delighted to welcome on board Stake.com as our official sleeve partner for our exciting Emirates FA Cup Third Round Tie versus Manchester City.

“We are proud to welcome such an innovative brand on board and look forward to working with the team at Stake.com on this partnership and beyond.”
