OtherLevels and Golden Nugget Online Gaming extend relationship

Cross-channel marketing firm OtherLevels has extended its partnership with Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) for a further two years.

Both parties have agreed to continue their relationship as they eye expansion into West Virginia, and work to bolster Golden Nugget’s presence in Michigan and New Jersey.

Since 2015, OtherLevels has provided Golden Nugget with its omnichannel marketing and real-time messaging services to drive iGaming player activity, both in and out of session. This included GNOG’s recent state-wide deployment in Michigan.

Brendan O’Kane, OtherLevels’ Chief Exec, looked forward to his company’s continued partnership with Golden Nugget.

He commented: “Golden Nugget has been a valued strategic partner to OtherLevels for six years, and we look forward to further expanding our relationship as Golden Nugget’s gaming operations launch in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and other new states in the US market.

“Over the next two years, we will leverage our cross-channel messaging and optimised content delivery capabilities to ensure that personalised, relevant content is reaching the right players on the right channel at precisely the right time.”

Based in Brisbane, OtherLevels bills its multi-channel marketing capabilities as “best-in-class” and claims that its expanded partnership with Golden Nugget allows the operator to “spend more time on campaign and content strategy while reducing time spent on maximising audience reach and segmentation.”

Golden Nugget, meanwhile, recently added seven of Leander Games’ slots titles to its platform in an exclusive content deal.
