Exacta Systems and Everi Holdings have today announced a new working historical horseracing agreement.

One of the details within this contract will see Everi’s game content and cabinets used as part of Exacta’s horse racing system.

Exacta Systems’ Exacta Connect product delivers games across many different central determinate market segments. As a company, it also offers a historical horseracing library that houses the ability to accommodate third-party content.

Commenting on the partnership, Ross O’Hanley, Chief Revenue Officer at Exacta Systems, said: "Exacta is proud to partner with Everi for the historical horseracing market. Adding Everi's high-performing game content and gaming cabinets to our Exacta Connect system creates a tremendous opportunity to increase player engagement at all of our customers' locations."

Everi Holdings’ current focus is on player engagement and supporting casino customers to operate more efficiently. The company develops game content and gaming machines, gaming systems, and services for land-based and iGaming operators.

"It also works as a provider of financial technology solutions for the casino floor while ensuring regulatory compliance requirements, including products and services that allow, for example, secure cash and cashless transactions.

Dean Ehrlich, Executive Vice President and Games Business Leader at Everi, commented: "Collaborating with Exacta Systems is a significant opportunity to introduce our extensive library of proven mechanical reel and video gaming content into the growing HHR market.

"We are confident that our distinctive gaming cabinets and player-popular game content will resonate well with HHR patrons."
