Zitro Digital continues to expand its presence in Buenos Aires, Argentina, through an agreement with Codere Group.

The gaming supplier, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zitro Games, had its content portfolio approved by The Loteria de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Sociedad del Estado (LOTBA), which is the regulatory body in Buenos Aires.

Codere Group, which started as a private gaming brand in Spain, is also present in Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Uruguay. The agreement sees the company absorb Zitro’s Video Bingo Games and Slot Games content into its portfolio. Zitro’s multiplayer game, Pick & Win, is one of the most popular in its catalogue.

On the agreement, Alejandra Burato, Regional Director for Latin America, Zitro, commented: “It is an outstanding achievement to watch Zitro Digital growing steadily and opening the way to new online casino markets, not only in Argentina but across all continents.

“Our goal is to create a product that is as successful and profitable to operators as our land-based games. It takes commitment and hard work to achieve this, and as a team we are proud to see it become a reality. We are extremely grateful to Codere Group for the trust they have placed in us, and we are truly excited about adding new game titles soon.”

Salo Leder, Regional Director for Codere Online, said: “We are continuously working to bring the best entertainment offer to clients in Argentina. For this, we have a partner that provides us with a very broad portfolio of online video bingo and Zitro video slots games, which has proven to be a success in land-based casinos.”

This is the latest of a number of deals made in the LatAM region, with Zitro particularly keen to expand its presence in Argentina. It has recently signed deals with Boldt Group and the Casino Fuente Mayor to bring its content portfolio to Buenos Aires and Mendoza.
