The Las Vegas-based company was featured in engagement specialist Energage’s list of this year’s best places to work in the United States, according to a nationwide employee engagement survey.
Top Workplaces USA celebrates organisations with 150 or more employees that have gone above and beyond to foster a great working environment. Those deemed especially worthy can earn a top spot on its prestigious list.
Over 42,000 organisations were invited by Energage to have their employees participate in its engagement survey.
Energage CEO Eric Rubino said: “Companies need to actively cultivate a cohesive employee culture while authentically representing their brand to jobseekers.
“We believe the employee experience is mission-critical and think that leaders who embrace a people-first culture benefit greatly.
“By giving employees a voice and showcasing an authentic culture, organisations can attract and retain jobseekers, ultimately resulting in strong corporate performance.”
This award is Everi’s latest acknowledging its efforts to cultivate a positive workplace culture. In the past 12 months, the provider has also earned two regional Top Workplaces awards, as well as “Culture Excellence” awards for “Direction” and “Remote Work”.
“It is incredibly gratifying to see yet another national recognition for Everi’s diverse team of passionate and talented individuals,” said Michael Rumbolz, Everi Chairman and CEO.
“Our core values guide everything we do at Everi, and at the centre of our values is our strong culture of inclusion and collaboration.
“These awards clearly identify and recognise our efforts to foster a diverse and cohesive culture across multiple office locations and among our employees who continue to work remotely.”
