Passport Technology pens deal with Washington’s Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel

Payment services provider Passport Technology has bolstered its presence in Washington State via an agreement with the Chehalis Tribe.

The company, headquartered in Las Vegas, has installed its cash access service, check warranty, jackpot dispensing, anti-money laundering and cage automation solutions at the tribal enterprise’s Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel.

As a result, the venue’s guests will be able to use Passport’s CashStream kiosks, which will be located on the gaming floor. These, the provider claims, offer multiple options for cash access, charitable features and responsible gaming.

Meanwhile, its LiveCage platform is designed to speed up the cashing out process through an “intuitive” operating system, while Passport’s Jackpot Pro product purportedly gives customers faster access to their winnings.

JaNessa Bumgarner, Lucky Eagle CEO, was confident that Passport’s full-suite offering was the right fit for the property.

She commented: “This ‘all-in-one’ technology is in perfect alignment with Lucky Eagle’s mission to provide an exceptional gaming and service experience to every guest every time.

“Passport’s collaborative approach and growth in Washington State ensure our guests will have access to the best products and services.”

The Lucky Eagle is located near the Evergreen State’s capital, Olympia. Passport’s partnership with the property comes after it signed a similar agreement in September 2021 with another Washington-based tribal casino.

“We are delighted the Chehalis Tribe chose Passport to assist with streamlining operations and delivering world-class service to the Lucky Eagle guests,” said Jason King, Passport’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

“Passport strives to provide innovative customer-facing payment and back-office solutions that impact both casino guests and team members alike, and we look forward to this new partnership.”
