The company, which owns and operates nine betting brands, is registered in Malta but headquartered in Sweden.
Through this newly launched application process, Kindred is offering those displaced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine the opportunity to work at its Stockholm office, as well as a relocation package for successful individuals and their families.
While Kindred states it cannot guarantee a role to those applying, it will accelerate the application process for anyone who is Ukrainian or impacted directly by the war.
On its careers website, Kindred stated: “Aside from the urgent financial support, we believe our best way to help is to provide long-term security and aid by supporting those who have been forced out of their home and stable life, to find new employment and a place to settle for now.
“Therefore, we have launched an accelerated application process. If you are Ukrainian or have been displaced by the war, please submit an application to this job ad and our Talent Acquisition team will be in contact about the next steps. If you have a skill set that matches any of our live open roles, please apply directly to it and we will process your application this way.”
In addition to the standard benefits Kindred offers its employees, including private medical insurance and pension scheme, the company is also offering flights for successful individuals and close family members to Stockholm, help with applying for a long-term visa, reimbursement of relocation expenses up to SEK 25,000 ($2,610) and support with English tutoring.
Kindred is one of several organisations across the gambling industry to offer support for those impacted by the war in Ukraine.
In just one example, crypto-based betting operator Stake donated $1m, or the equivalent of 25.63 Bitcoin, to the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
