It is the iGaming technology supplier’s second investment into a gaming company, following its link up with Swedish-listed LL Lucky Games AB in May 2021.
“I’m thrilled to have EveryMatrix as our partner; we’re now in a better position than ever to drive forward our studio expansion and product strategy,” said Jelly CEO David Newstead.
“We share a common vision for entertainment in mobile gaming, and EveryMatrix’s plans for the US, its focus on engaging content and market-leading platform make it an ideal key distribution partner for Jelly to accelerate its product roadmap and grow our footprint in the US and European markets.”
A UK-based company, Jelly will join the group’s gaming aggregation platform SlotMatrix, in order to build, manage and distribute its titles to a vast network of global operators.
“Investing in the gaming vertical is a strategic direction for EveryMatrix and I’m pleased to welcome Jelly to our SlotMatrix RGS partners programme,” said EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes.
“It is already live with several titles, and we’ve been impressed by the quality and creativity of its work. I see a long partnership ahead and this is why we picked it to continue our series of financial investments in the space.”
Ashley Bloor, CEO of SlotMatrix RGS, commented: “We are incredibly excited to have Jelly on board as our latest RGS partner. The company is led by industry veterans who bring a wealth of experience in casino content development. This partnership will further emphasise the growth of SlotMatrix RGS, and we are looking forward to giving our operators more high-quality mobile-focused content in collaboration with Jelly.”
