Entain, Light & Wonder extend partnership

Per the terms of this agreement, which was first signed in 2018, the two companies will work together to further their influence across the UK’s gaming market. 

“Our stores provide an engaging and differentiated experience for our customers. Light & Wonder enhances that with the industry’s best gaming machines backed up by a great range of leading games, service infrastructure and support,” said Andy Hicks, Retail MD UK & Ireland at Entain.

Specifically, Light & Wonder will supply approximately 10,000 terminals to Entain’s Coral and Ladbrokes shops. Moreover, a series of titles from Light & Wonder’s portfolio will become mainstays at these betting shops, including titles such as Lord of the Rings and 777 High & Mighty.

Light & Wonder rebranded from Scientific Games in the early months of 2022, speaking on this change, the company’s CEO, Barry Cottle, commented: “We are thrilled to introduce the world to Light & Wonder, a company that will build great games and franchises that offer players a seamless experience across platforms.
