Caesars’ new scheme, named All-In On Education, is designed to ease the financial burden of college for eligible employees and their dependents.

This includes student loan debt repayment options, tuition assistance, scholarship opportunities for dependents and a 529 college savings plan.

“We believe in the power and potential of our team members, and we know that in helping them achieve their educational goals, we can shape the future of our company and the communities in which we operate,” said Stephanie Lepori, Caesars’ Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer.

Broken down, All-In On Education expands student debt loan repayment and tuition assistance for employees to $5,250 annually. The programme’s 529 college savings plan, meanwhile, provides tax-advantaged funding options for employees to save for dependents’ college expenses.

Caesars’ new programme also includes a list of in-network school providers that offer low- to no-cost educational opportunities with partner schools, alongside academic advisory resources.

All-In On Education further includes access to the Don Carano Legacy Scholarship, named for gaming legend Donald Louis Carano. This competitive scholarship offers multiple recipients up to $20,000 over four years.

Lepori continued: “Our expanded education assistance program, All-In On Education, will support our team members on their educational journey.

“Whether they’re paying off student loans, working their way through school or tackling an advanced degree, we want our team members to know that we are right alongside them every step of the way.”
