Nektan CEO resigns

Mobile gaming content developer Nektan has revealed that CEO David Gosen has resigned to explore new opportunities.

Gosen’s resignation will be made effective at the end of January with executive chairman Gary Shaw stepping in as interim CEO.

The company also said that current independent non-executive director Jim Wilkinson will become non-executive chairman.

Shaw said: “We would like to thank David for the progress the business has made in the last 12 months, and its continuing growth is testament to the solid building blocks the company established during his tenure.

“I am delighted that Jim Wilkinson has agreed to accept the role of non-executive chairman.”
