They originally teamed up for the launch of regulated iGaming in Ontario earlier this year, but now, the companies are extending their partnership to support operators across the US and Canada.
According to Nuvei, this will enable brands to access its offer via a software integration. Companies can onboard the provider’s payment solutions through GAN’s platform technology.
“Offering gaming operators a fully customisable payments platform, including local acquiring solutions and a full suite of payment methods through a single integration, is at the heart of our vision for the future of payments in both gaming and broader verticals,” said Nuvei’s Chairman and CEO, Philip Fayer.
“Being able to partner with GAN to bring this vision to North American operators is a great step forward for an industry poised for further significant growth in the next few years.”
When it comes to North American expansion, Nuvei has already made some progress this year. In May, the company agreed to provide payment services for Hard Rock Digital’s sportsbook app.
GAN, meanwhile, has similarly experienced healthy growth. The company published its Q1 results in May, reporting record-breaking revenue.
But regarding its partnership with Nuvei, Don Ryan, GAN’s President of Enterprise Solutions, said: “We’re pleased to be partnering with Nuvei to bring such an exciting solution to the North American gaming industry.
“GAN and Nuvei have strong reputations for delivering best-in-class solutions for operators. This strategic partnership takes our combined proposition to the next level.”
