Situated next to the original Table Mountain Casino, the resort first opened 35 years ago as a small bingo hall.
The new establishment features a 12-floor tower with 171 hotel rooms, including luxury suites with views of the San Joaquin Valley. The top floor of the tower hosts a rooftop teppanyaki restaurant, with other dining choices including a steakhouse and a food court with Italian, Mexican and Asian options.
The 110,000 sq. ft gaming floor offers over 2,000 slot machines, 33 table games, VIP rooms with high-limit tables and high-limit slots. The ‘Dragon’s Den’ card room also offers players special features unavailable elsewhere on the gaming floor.
Additionally, a 23,000 sq. ft convention and entertainment space, dividable into four rooms, is available for weddings, reunions, receptions and business meetings.
The official opening took place on 21 July, with celebrations scheduled for the next four days. Exclusive promotions and daily gift giveaways are available for the duration of the celebrations.
Table Mountain CEO John Dinius said: "This grand opening celebration is really for all the people who worked so tirelessly to make it happen and supported us along the way."
Hotel rooms at the Resort, which has been under construction since 2019, are privately booked until the end of August. Resort officials have confirmed that bookings will be open to the public from September.
