The property has published details regarding several additions and upgrades with which it intends to enhance its dining, entertainment and gaming offer.

New amenities currently under construction include three restaurants in partnership with Bua Food Group: Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam, Greek restaurant Naxos Taverna and an oyster bar. Lotus is slated to open in Q4 and will be the restaurant’s third location.

Alongside these projects, Red Rock is also working on a cocktail lounge, adults-only pool, a reimagined high limit slots room and a casino bar.

Of these latter two additions, the former will see Red Rock’s existing high limit slots area upgraded to include 73 games and a dedicated cage.

The casino bar will be located between Lotus of Siam and Naxos Taverna, and feature gaming options alongside a cocktail menu. Red Rock’s planned cocktail lounge, meanwhile, will occupy the former event space Crimson and is set to debut this winter.

“Red Rock Casino continues to be a leader in dining, gaming and entertainment,” remarked Scott Nelson, Vice President and General Manager of Red Rock Casino. He went on to add: “Our guests are sure to enjoy this array of new amenities.”

Other additions include a Nielsen’s Frozen Custard, which will join Red Rock’s food court in early 2023, plus two Starbucks venues; a refreshed food court location plus a brand-new one in the hotel lobby.
