Nedy Warren has been named as the new Vice President and COO, after serving as Commerce Casino’s General Counsel for five years.

She has “over 25 years of experience in general business advisement and litigation,” previously representing a range of companies, supporting infrastructure, training and employment-related matters.

Commerce Casino CEO and President Jeff Harris said: “From the moment Nedy joined our team, she has been a crucial part of the casino and a critical part of our success.

“Her long history with the Commerce Casino, her knowledge of all aspects of our business and her proven leadership will help for years to come.”

Lonnie Coleman has been named as the new Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer, after serving as CFO since the casino’s closure during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Coleman previously oversaw revenue audit, financial accounting and count room operations at Cahuilla Casino, and spearheaded the Title 31 programme at Casino San Pablo Lytton.

Harris added: “Lonnie Coleman has years of operational expertise and financial acumen in the hospitality and casino gaming industry.

His leadership and expertise will contribute to The Commerce Casino’s continued growth and success.”

Commerce Casino is an LA-based cardroom, with over 240 on-site tables. Harris was named Commerce Casino CEO and President in June 2022, succeeding Haig Papaian following his retirement the previous year.

Speaking at the time, Commerce Casino's board Chairman Michael Tumanjan said: “We are excited to have Jeff take this important leadership role.”
