The Garden Table is located inside Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens area, permitting half a dozen diners at any one time to enjoy their food in a floral setting.
Select guests will be seated at a single table located within the Conservatory’s summer display, “Jungle of Dreams,” which according to MGM Resorts, “pays homage to the animal kingdom.”
To this end, diners will be surrounded by 28 towering animal statues, including a 20-foot-tall lion, and close to 10,000 plants and flowers.
Accompanying this visual feast will be a literal one. Guests can opt for dinner by Michael Mina Bellagio or brunch from Sadelle’s Café.
Menu items include, to name a couple, ginger-scallion broiled whole fish served with kimchi fried rice and glazed bok choy, or crispy spot prawns with young coconut, makrut lime, sweet and sour mango and curry leaf.
“The Bellagio Conservatory is one of Las Vegas’ most visited and most photographed attractions,” said Josef Wagner, Bellagio’s Vice President of Food & Beverage.
“We wanted to create an entirely new and immersive way for our guests to experience the beauty of this space.
“The sights, sounds, colours and energy of the Conservatory, combined with chefs Michael Mina and Mario Carbone curating the culinary journey, make for an epic experience that only Bellagio can deliver.”
Jungle of Dreams will be on display until 10 September, but the Garden Table will remain, with menus rotating seasonally to accommodate whatever the current design theme may be.
