Moobifun enters Haitian market through new deal

Moobifun, an iGaming solutions provider, has entered the Caribbean through a new partnership with sports betting brand Go! Cash Haiti.

Headquartered in France, the supplier is mostly active in sub-Saharan Africa, including Nigeria, Uganda and Tanzania, plus Croatia in Europe.

However, Moobifun has now arrived in the Haitian market through an agreement with Go! Cash, one of the island nation’s top three sports betting operators.

Their deal will see Moobifun provide its proprietary unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) solution to Go! Cash, supporting the latter brand’s mission to increase its online accessibility.

Go! Cash Haiti will also utilise Moobifun’s “Mobile Money” software in an effort to improve transaction efficiency.

“The integration process has been particularly smooth, and we couldn’t be happier to have the expertise of Moobifun to help us deliver on our ambitious expansion strategy,” said Cedrick Poitevien, Founder and CEO of Go! Cash.

“Moobifun’s tech has taken our offering to the next level and our players will love the new way of engaging with our products.”

This deal would appear to align with Moobifun’s expansion strategy. The provider has, with a few exceptions, targeted French-speaking countries and Haiti is no different.

Moobifun’s Head of Business Development and Sales, Louis Mecklembourg, added: “Go! Cash Haiti has carved out an excellent position within the Haitian gaming space and we’re thrilled to have the chance to provide our proprietary USSD and payment solutions.

“Our technology will enable them to reach an even larger audience while simultaneously providing an exceptional player experience.”
