In her new role, Bischoff will be “essential” in building Oddin’s end-to-end esports betting ecosystem, leveraging her 12-year track record in sales. Three of those 12 years were spent at Bayes Esports, where she worked before joining Oddin.
Immediately prior to her departure, Bischoff served as Bayes’ Director of Global Accounts, but during her tenure, held multiple senior sales positions, including Director of Sales and Head of Sales.
But regarding her most recent appointment, Bischoff said: “Collaborating closely with customers is always a key part of a successful relationship and my main approach. Understanding and providing the best solutions to support them in their strategic growth ambitions drives me every day.
“I’m thrilled to join the Oddin.gg team and contribute to the expansion of its best-in-class esports betting solutions.”
At Oddin, Bischoff will help to “educate” operators on esports topics, according to Co-Founder and MD of Partnerships Marek Suchar.
“More and more operators and platforms are approaching us to learn more about the esports betting space and how they can benefit from it,” he said. “Juana will be a valuable member of the team to help further educate the market on esports topics.”
Suchar went on to add: “She will also build strong grassroots and mutually beneficial relationships within the industry for the years to come. We are excited to have her on board.”
Bischoff’s appointment comes after Mark Balch, another Bayes alumnus, was named Director of Strategy earlier this month.
