Esports brand Loud partners with operator Midnite

Loud – which posts esports content on YouTube – has signed its first sports betting partnership with Midnite. Alongside the deal, Loud’s parent company Spacecaps has invested in Midnite.

Loud will introduce Midnite’s platform for esports and traditional sports wagering to its 300 million followers.

The partnership is scheduled to run throughout 2022, and Midnite will produce original content for Loud’s social media and digital video channels.

Loud Co-Founder Matthew Ho said: “When considering international wagering partnerships, Midnite distanced themselves with a powerful brand and active community. We knew immediately they [Midnite] were the partner for us.

“Betting on your favourite esports or traditional sports teams should be fun, easy and safe. We’re thrilled to welcome Midnite as one of Loud's premier branding partners.”

Both Loud and Midnite are Brazilian organisations, something that was critical for Midnite in striking the deal.

Midnite Co-Founder Nick Wright said: “We are thrilled to be working with the teams at Loud. This is more than just a standard sponsorship deal, together we are pioneering a new meta for org partnerships.

“We share the same values on being a relatable and trustworthy brand for GenZ players to engage with their favourite games — whether that’s sports, esports or casino games — and we are looking forward to creating memorable moments for fans to enjoy.”

Midnite’s Country Manager for Brazil, Diego Tagliaferro, added: “They are not only the largest esports organisation in Brazil but also carry the same principles as Midnite, ensuring a collaborative and complementary partnership for months to come.”
