A statement from the company read: “Through this extension, Betsson Group’s Italian brand StarCasinò transforms from a pure casino brand to a full online gaming one.
“The aim of this development is to broaden the brand’s positioning as a point of reference within the industry and to further engage with its customers.”
A digital entertainment platform, StarCasinò Bet allows sports fans to bet on different sports, with odds that are “among the most competitive on the market”.
Managing Director of Betsson Group Italy Stefano Tino commented: “I am really proud to announce the launch of StarCasinò Bet, our new sportsbook, with which we intend to provide the best gaming experience and the best odds, strengthened by what we have achieved over the years.

Earlier this week Betsson Group launched its online gaming offering in Mexico, expanding the operator’s presence in Latin America. The company has launched its online gaming offering at betsson.mx for the locally regulated market in the country.
The operator launched in the country earlier this month on a trial basis, and will now be increasing its commercial activities in Mexico in time for larger tournaments coming later this year.
